Hello beautiful :) I thought it would be cool to show you what -50 pounds off my body looks like. I never took a picture without clothes when I was 283 in May but you can see me at my heaviest on my blog, in my default picture (icon), and my other progress photo’s. I regret not taking that picture of course because it would have been cool to see the comparison but at the time I was incredibly insecure. I post my progress because I want you to see that no matter what you weigh, you can change your life and get healthy too! I believe in every single one of you and if you need support or motivation just message me. Stay strong and positive! I BELIEVE IN YOU!

January 2012-November 2012. About 15 pound lost. I’ve toned up a lot in my opinion. I took the picture on the right because I was feeling bad about myself. I’m starting to realize that I have nothing to feel bad about. I may have to buy some of my clothes in the “plus” section and my weight might not fall in the “right” spot on a BMI chart. Some people find me fat or not as beautiful as I was a few years ago. But you know what? I’m treating my body with respect. I may have my bad times like we all do but I respect and love my body enough to honor it with exercise and healthy choices. To me, self love and respect is beautiful. So to those who think that because I’m over 200 pounds I’m fat or unhealthy or not beautiful, I’d like to use the words of the gorgeous Tess Munster, “eff your beauty standards”.
This is my boyfriend Curtis and I Crystal. Curtis is 6’3 and weighed 302 lbs in the picture on the left. I am 5’5 and in the pic on the left I was about 215 lbs. That picture was taken on Dec 2011. The picture in the middle was taken May 2012, Curtis weighed around 280 lbs and I was 190 lbs. The picture on the right was taken 2 days ago (Thanksgiving 2012) and I weigh 151 lbs and Curtis weighs 215 lbs. We are currently starting an 8 week journey to make more transformations to becoming more fit & healthier than ever.
